Title – Autumn Queen May 19
Description – For CPCAU May contest. Looking for photos on Pixabay this one struck me immediately. And then my heart sank due to so many many leaves!!!! But one always loves a challenge haha!!!! Holbein are very creamy but even with loads of layers the grain of the paper still shows – however, it reminds me of the texture of frescos which I quite like. Also I concentrated more on the colour rather than the exact botany of the leaves. I have shown 2 different photo takes as the left side shows the colour of the bottom right leaves better and the right side shows off the gold ink. I could not get both effects in the one photo due to the light either accentuating or diminishing the gold.
