Title – Happiness May 19
Description – Project 4. I am loving this beautiful happy face and the skin tones are so much fun to work with. The mat board has a lot of tooth so the face looks grainy no matter how much pressure I use (even a Caran d’ache blender did not help and I didn’t want to chance OMS) but I kind of like the look of it. Not so sure about the scarf but I think I managed to get texture in some areas. I had cropped the line drawing a lot as I love doing the eyes as large as possible.
Medium - Prisma, Polychromos, Luminance, Pablo, Verithin, Stabilo Aquarelle White, Faber-Castell Pitt Pen White for eye highlight, FC Pitt Pen to glaze over eyes
Paper & Size – Daler Rowney Plum Mountboard A4
Time Taken 4 days
